Developing and perfecting our VAG power levels for more than a decade has offered customer-oriented ways of remapping (software optimization) that set global standards regarding safety, efficiency and performance.
We always write and reprogram the software (ECU & TCU) individually for our customers without using any tuning boxes but balancing what our customers want and what safety guarantees in every single project.
Successful VAG (AUDI SKODA SEAT VW) remapping provides all our customers with the power output and safety needed: In our software all necessary protective functions are permanently active and we’ve developed additional security features for engines and gearboxes to work reliably in the long run. Based on these approved principles of remapping, our portfolio ranges from Stage 1 to Stage 3 levels of performance.

Our remapping of gearboxes (DSG, S tronic, etc.) focuses on optimizing shifting behaviour (points, times, etc.) to ensure an even sportier driving experience as well as an improved driveability in comfortable city driving.

DSG Optimization / Gearbox Swaps
Maximizing the performance, driveability and durability of your gearbox.
We offer the optimization of all automatic transmission systems (DSG,S tronic, ZF, PDK, etc.) by perfecting shifting timing, increasing clutch pressure & torque limiters, customizing race shifting, improving thermo-management, optimizing kick-down & launch-control, and much more.
We are also specialized in swapping gearboxes (e.g.: DQ250 to DQ381/DQ500) and provide plug & play cable harness and coding. If you just need an upgraded high performance clutch, get in touch with us since there have been lots of gearboxes (DQ250, DQ381, etc.) performing successfully with our upgrade kits and TCU software.
Building the concept
Our STAGE 1 is a fully customized software remap (timing, fueling, boost, etc.) on our state-of-the-art dyno (Dynostar RC-3300AWD) leading to impressive numbers on the Autobahn while leaving hardware untouched.
Our STAGE 2 is completely about maximizing the engine´s efficiency by integrating optimized parts to increase air flow (larger intercoolers, downpipes, etc.) resulting in an impressive output of additional performance.
Our STAGE 3 is the ultimate level of performance achieved by exchanging limiting internals (for forged pistons/rods, upgraded turbos, clutches, injectors, pumps, etc.) and reprogramming the software (ECU & TCU) making your ambitious visions come true.

DEVELOPMENT MQB
Due to the in-house development of our AUDI S3 8V directly after release in 2013, we have been able to present excellent results of Stage1 – Stage3 power outputs of the MQB platform. Here we offer various solutions such as MapSwitch, MPI activation under full load, DSG swaps (DQ250-DQ381 / DQ250-DQ500), Engine Swap 2.0T – 2.5T, Turbo Swap on Garrett with external wastegate including controlling via the original ECU and many more innovative aspects. Over the years we have successfully innstalled and remapped more than 160 upgrade hybrid turbos of various brands such as TTH (TurboTechnikHamburg), TTE (TheTurboEngineers), LM (Ladermanufaktur), etc. Find our global projects on our media channels.
